If you’re watching for thrills, noise and more fun than you can with stand, then craps is the game to gamble on.

Craps is a fast-paced game with high-rollers, low-rollers, and all players in between. If you are a person-watcher this is one game that you’ll love to observe. There’s the whale, playing with a big amount of money and making loud declarations when he bets across the board, "five hundred and twenty across," you will hear the whale say. They are the gambler to watch at this craps table and he knows it. They’ll either succeed big or lose big and there’s no in between.

There is the low-roller, maybe attempting to acquaint himself with the high-roller. He will tell the other bettors of books he has read on dice positioning and hover around the most accomplished player at the table, eager to confer and "share ideas and thoughts".

My preferred players at the craps table are the true gentlemen from the good old days. These aging gents are normally steadfast, mostly kind and will almost always share pointers from the "good old days."

There are many other personalities that you will see around a filled Craps table. When you bite the bullet and decide to participate in the game, be sure you utilize good behavior. Locate a spot on the rail and place your cash in front of you in the "come" spot. Never do this when the dice are in motion or you will be known as the last character I wanted to mention, the jerk.
